This building situated in the historically most valuable part of the city center which was proclaimed as town monument reserve. It provides the ideal place in all aspects. It was built in 1650 during the period of early baroque; the building with flats was built around 1920. An immense reconstruction finished in 2005. This building is proclaimed as cultural heritage monument. It has two floors, the attic and partially basement with vault ceiling. There is a kitchenette and restrooms on every floor. The building encloses a nice garden which provides calm and quiet environment during busy days. It has plenty of public parking places just in front of the building. In the vicinity you can find restaurants, hotels and historical structures like synagogue turned into a café and plenty more. The main shopping center “City Arena” is situated just 3minutes on foot.
